A week has passed since I started my diet, and I've lost 1kg so far. To be honest, it isn't that easy, with the random cravings I sometimes have, and the adults trying to feed you what they think is healthy. But I pulled through a week. A week of eating clean, and about 1 hour of workout a day!
My elder sister and I are doing this together, so I think that is why we are still motivated. I must say I am starting to feel a little lazy to workout everyday, but I know I have to push on. Even though my weight loss isn't as drastic as my sister's (& I feel quite demoralised because of this), I can see that my body is getting into a better shape. My tummy is significantly flatter now, and I can fit into shorts that I couldn't fit last year!
Some relatives have been asking for weight loss tips, and commented that I look so much better now. It's very motivating, and I hope to lose 4kg more by the end of the month.
