BRINGING BIG BANG TO MY GALAXY

Big Bang Alive Tour in Seoul, Day 1

7 months ago, I realised my dream of 4 years. I attended a Big Bang concert.
7 months ago, I went to Seoul and attended 2 (out of 3) Alive Tour concerts in Seoul. It wasn't my first time watching Big Bang live, but attending their solo concert? Defo my first. ♥__♥

When the boys came for the first time in 2010 for Kpop Night, there were hardly any VIPs. I remembered the look exchanged when we spot someone else with our signature crown light stick. A mixture of surprise and relief. My seat was extremely horrible for the concert; topped up with bad sound system, I felt like I didn't see them at all. I was super sad and affected then, and my sister promised me "I will bring you to Korea for their concert next year." Next year came but the date of the concert clashed with my school schedule, but we still managed to go during their promotion period. We went for M!Countdown live. It is quite embarrassing to say, but I teared when I got out of the studio. I don't know how to describe how I felt, but I know other fans would understand. Right?? Right??!?! :p

So that was last year, and fast forward to this year, I flew to Seoul with my sisters and my mom for a short trip. Alive Tour (Seoul) Day 1 was an emotional night for me; being able to be part of the yellow sea, hearing the loudest Lies fanchant I have ever heard. It was a dream come true.

And then.....

ㄲㅑ~~ (≧◡≦)

How do I even begin to talk about this?

Big Bang. I first heard of them 4 years ago, and to be very honest, the reason why I listened to their music was because I was attracted to TOP. It really isn't hard to understand why, lol. But as I slowly found out more about them, I realised what a gem I had found. Like other fans, I had that ~*~fangirl~*~ period too. Spazzing about everything and anything the boys say or do. But that kind of fangirl love turned into something more - Respect and admiration. I believe I don't have to explain why.

Lots had happened for the past few years, but I am glad the boys pulled through. In fact, I never thought they wouldn't. To others, I might seem like an evil fan, but really. I never once thought or worried that they might not survive this or that scandal.

Sidetracking too much. I love their music. Prior to Big Bang, I only listened to ballad. Big Bang introduced me to hiphop, and a lot of other genres I never thought I would like. So thank you, Big Bang. Thank you for the joy, the music, the entertainment that you guys provided to your fans! :')

I also met the nicest people after becoming a fan. Sometimes I think back, and feel so grateful that our fangirl-ship(lol!?!?) blossomed into something closer and better. Some of them play such a huge part in my life now, that I can't imagine how life would be like without them. ♡

I don't usually take photos during a concert but I couldn't resist. Kwon Ji Yong. You are my inspiration. I have so much respect for you. Looking forward to what you are planning to show us in the future!!

Quoting Stefanie, "Everyone has that one figure they want to watch over forever." I think I found mine.
