Update on my weight loss!!!!
Prior to my trip to Seoul, I was really scared that I would gain all the fats that I've lost. A typical meal is about 900kcal so imagine that><
Anyway, I was totally not used to the food the first 2 weeks I was there. I love Korean food, but not the amount of carbs and oil in it. Not joking when I say I had the runs after every meal. So I tried to buy salad for dinner when I can, drank lots of water, and avoided sweetened drinks as much as possible. I could go for a run, but I was too lazy hehe. So the best I could do was to control my food intake.
When I was back in Singapore, I was kinda reluctant to step onto the weighing machine that very night. After I mustered all my courage to get on it, all I hoped for was to see the same number I did the last time I weighed myself.
Was really shocked when I saw that I lost weight. Couldn't believe it. Kept weighing myself everyday to double confirm.
A picture I took a few days before I returned to Singapore. Think I look quite slim here hahahahaha oops. And was super convinced that it was just a good mirror because I couldn't possibly look like that if I gained weight.
Anyway, it has been a week since I returned, and my weight has been constant for the past few days. Which means, I've lost 4kg while I was in Seoul.
FUCKING 4KG!!!!!!!
No idea what happened seriously. Anyway, this is the slimmest I've gotten in 5 years. And I am now 7kg away from my goal weight. Woohooooooo!!
Gonna work on losing 'em 7kg of fats by December!
