22nd August 2012.
It was my 20th birthday; it was also the last day of my korean class at KLEC SNU. 23rd Aug was our final exam, and 24th was the 'graduation ceremony'.
So needless to say, I spent my birthday preparing for the final exam. I really wanted to do well. Oh, we also had german beer in class because my german classmate brought some for us!! So nice of him:3
Spent the afternoon at the Rilakkuma Cafe because that was the only cafe I knew which was quiet most of the time.
Halfway through studying, I saw a familiar face walked in. My clique(well, kind of) in class came to study at the cafe too!!!
We all came to the country alone; no doubt it was hard living alone with the limited korean that we know. They were like my family while I was there, & they now hold such a special place in my heart♡
Left the cafe later than I thought we would, and had dinner at Abiko @ Hongdae!
Pretty good! They have different level of spiciness for you to choose from.
